Next comes the in-depth intake. This is where we dig into your brand, audience, and priorities. It’s designed to capture the details that shape your site, from your business personality to your goals (Sell, Rank, or Showcase).
We’ll meet on a video call to chart your course. Together, we’ll clarify goals, discuss must-have features, and set priorities for your site.

After the call, we'll create your Flight Plan — the roadmap for your project. It includes:
Sitemap (pages + flow)
Page outline (what belongs where)
Draft timeline (milestones)
Moodboards (visual directions: colors, fonts, imagery)
Before we move forward, you’ll review and approve the Flight Plan. The 50% project deposit is due at this stage to officially kick off design.
You’ll use guidelines and prompts to provide your content — copy, photos, and brand assets. Once content is in, we'll design the first sections of your homepage to preview the look, feel, and flow. With your feedback, we'll refine and then expand into the full site.
With your design direction approved, we'll build the complete site and integrations. You’ll preview it in a private link, share feedback, and we’ll fine-tune through structured revision rounds.
Once revisions are complete and the final payment clears, I’ll run a full pre-flight check (responsiveness, speed, forms, links, SEO basics) and launch your new site. You’ll also receive a walkthrough or training video so you feel confident making updates long after takeoff.
