The journey starts with your inquiry form. This gives us a snapshot of what you're hoping to achieve. Next, we hop on a quick call, introduce ourselves and talk a bit more about your goals and next steps. 

📝 intake

Next comes the in-depth intake. This is where we dig deep into your brand, audience, and priorities. It’s designed to capture the details that will shape your site, from your target audience and  business personality to your goals.

☎️ Strategy Call

We’ll meet in-person or on a video call to chart your course. Together, we’ll clarify goals, discuss must-have features, and set priorities for your site.

✈️ Flight Plan

After the call, we'll finalize your Flight Plan Proposal — the roadmap for your project that include every bit of information we need to start building. 

You’ll review closely, sign, and submit your 50% project deposit to officially kick off design.

🎨 Content & Design Preview

I'll create a sitemap and visual directions based on our prior discussions. We will meet again to review. You’ll then use guidelines and prompts to provide your content — copy, photos, and brand assets. We'll design the first sections of your homepage to preview the look, feel, and flow. With your feedback, we'll refine and then expand into the full site.

💻 Build & Refine

With your design direction approved, we'll build the complete site and integrations. You’ll preview it in a private link, share feedback, and we’ll fine-tune through structured revision rounds.

🚀 Launch & Handoff

Once revisions are complete and the final payment clears, I’ll run a full pre-flight check (responsiveness, speed, forms, links, SEO basics) and launch your new site. You’ll also receive a walkthrough or training video so you feel confident making updates long after takeoff.
